I had heard Ken on a local radio show talking about cars. I called tune tech and was pleasantly surprised it was Ken himself who answered the phone. After explaining my car issue, Ken said I could bring the car in early the next day and he would look at it. I left it at 9am and received a call about 2pm with what they had found. I only wanted a diagnosis and I felt very good about the results and the price. Upon picking up the car I had a nice quick chat with Ken. I will defiantly will use Ken again I liked everything about my experience.

Although I had to go to the original place where I bought my defective battery, Ken was more than willing to help! I'll return to Tune Tech for any further automotive repair needs.

Google reviews work! I found Ken and Tune Tech via Google and its excellent reviews. After a terrible experience with a local Ford service department (3 days in the shop and no diagnosis), it was time to find a local auto repair shop that can be trusted. Tune Tech was transparent with the diagnosis, pricing, and timeliness of the repair. I'll definitely be back!

I recently had my car serviced here, and overall, it was a positive experience. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. The service was completed in a timely manner, and my car is running smoothly now. I would definitely return and recommend them to others who are looking for reliable car service!

Ken has always done an excellent job keeping my 2003 4Runner purring. On top of the quality work, he is so very kind and trustworthy. Very thankful that I stumbled upon Tune Tech a few years ago- it is always my first and preferred auto repair shop!
