i googled oil change, the 4.9 rating i feel are FAKE. I made appointment on the site, i came in at my time. he had no log of me. i show him my screen shot of confirmation. he doesnt have it, wont accept it. i tell him i have catty issue and want oil change. he tells me, he has time open in 4 weeks. FOUR week wait for oil change. when i mention my catty, he seeing body rust and refuses to see it. it likely has rust so u need an exhaust expert. I NVR heard of such a judgement WITHOUT looking face to face. just Guessing about that. i tell him i want appointment for oil change. he Writes it into a notebook... no computer logs... it makes no sense ur not doing everything digital. i went home, made another appointment at another place, job done in less then 24hrs later. 4 WEEK WAIT for oil change.. im about 5 weeks now, i nvr got my call confirming my job. NEVER AGAIN. what a JOKE. get the fake reviews outta here. need truth be known and not to waste peoples time EDIT: To reply to the "owner" i booked it online 2 weeks ahead, came in and no record of me. I had Proof. Then the extra 4 weeks later, after in person. "2 weeks might be now" but not then. And after 6 weeks still no callback. As for Catty, the worker JUDGED it without seeing it. It actually just bolted on. Thanks for no service, just wasting my time.
My apologies for the issues. Sometimes there are communication things and have been trying to get those worked out. The oil change services can be booked out at least 2 weeks. We are not set up for the quick lube service so we are limited on how many can be scheduled each day. Some cat issues require welding and we are not able to provide that service.
