Tune Tech lives up to their excellent rating. Prompt, professional, courteous. Ken the owner was very clear with his communication about what was needed, what had been done, and answered any questions I had. He took time out to discuss some options for possible transmission work in the future, which was unrelated to why my car was being serviced in his shop.

Ken was incredibly thorough checking over my car's issues and honest about what needed to be done to make it safe to drive. I had quite a few problems with it that were out of my league and he took the time to explain every issue in detail. Repairs were outlined with the cost of both parts and labor as well. When it was discovered that one repair wasn't needed, he promptly gave me an updated price point. I'd be hard pressed to find another auto repair shop with this level of care and professionalism.
