This was my second time using Tune Tech and I'm confident that they gave me a fair assessment of the issues with my 2000 F-250. Ken was quick to get back to me with any problems, what it would cost, which ones were urgent vs could wait. He completed the work on time and as always I think his pricing is more than fair for the work he did. I will have no problems taking any of my vehicles there.

The manager Ken was very nice, he explained what they were doing to my car and I appreciate that a lot, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as he told me what they were going to do.

Ken is very friendly and so helpful!!! Great customer service and he really makes sure your car is good to go. Im glad to have found such a trustworthy mechanic rather than a shady one like some other shops.
