I'm new in town and did a lot of homework before dropping my car off with Ken. Reading the reviews for his shop, it reminded me of my mechanic back home. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and he's been great at keeping touch and letting me know what's going on. It's important to me to feel like I haven't gotten the run around from a mechanic, being a young female, and I didn't feel that way at all with Ken and appreciate him and his team.

Anytime I have brought my vehicles into Tune Tech, I have been satisfied with the service and the professionalism Ken has provided me. He's always been extremely kind and patient. He explains everything that needs to be done on my vehicle, with a cost estimate and the time frame in which it will be done. He and his staff has always completed the work in a timely manner. I've been going to the shop for 3 years now and won't think about taking them any place else. Tune Tech has been my extended family's primary auto mechanic for several years now. Ken and his team are always straight with us and works with our needs. We trust and depend on Ken a lot because he has earned our trust over the years and provides solid dependable service every time.

I really normally HATE going to get my car serviced. As a single woman, mechanics always try to get over on me. Last time I went to get my car serviced at the car dealership they tacked on $200+ more for "additional services" that was in no way what I came in for. I was so thankful about Tune Tech having the services necessary for each mileage on their website. Additionally the attendant did find something additional that I needed taken care of, but he showed me picture evidence of the issue and explained the possible complications of not handling in the moment. It was just very honest work. I'd highly recommend.
