Pick this place. Seriously. I took in my car for a noise and safety issue. Ken was extremely patient and understanding. We got an appointment set up quickly. The diagnosis was clear and concise (with videos provided!). I wasn't able to afford all the work that was necessary, but the shop helped me prioritize my fixes. We got the repairs done at an incredibly reasonable price, the biggest issues were solved, and I'm now driving a safer (and quiter) vehicle. I appreciated that Ken took the time to help me troubleshoot and decide which fixes were necessary to keep me safe. I felt like I was in caring, confident hands, and I am absolutely blown away by the level of customer care *and* great mechanical work. I intend to go back as soon as possible. This shop has a return customer in me FOR SURE. Use this shop. Seriously. They'll take excellent care of you and your vehicle. You'll get what you need for affordable prices and you can rest assured the work will be done right.
