Unfortunately, we called Ken on short notice for some routine maintenance. We live some distance away. He made it possible for us to get in quick with minimal waste of time. Great place and great service.

I went in for an oil change. I asked Ken to check out a noise I was hearing under the car. He spent at least 45 minutes checking the problem and taking the car for a test run. Found out it was a problem with a bearing which was supposedly fixed by another place after a minor accident. I would have had Ken do the work, but this other place needed to fix the problem with no charge. Ken did not even charge me for all that time he spent figuring out the problem! I love that guy! More banana bread and brownies the next time I go in! Now that my 19 year old son has his own car, he told me he is going to take it to Ken for any needed work!

Once again, Ken Rackley was honest and fair, work was done right the first time. I love referring people to Tune Tech

This is the second time I've had work done here. The customer service is alway incredible. Ken is a sweetheart. It's reasonably priced, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Great!! I would definitely recommend Ken and his staff to work on anyone's vehicle. Very honest mechanics that get the job done.
