After struggling for months and other repair places to determine why my mileage when from 26-27 mpg to 21-22 mpg, rough idling and intermittent engine noise, I was at the end of my rope. I decided to try one more repair shop. I'M REALLY GLAD I DID! KEN & HIS CREW ARE TOP NOTCH! Ken was patient in listening to my ranting about the issues, the other repair places and my utter frustration. They were very systematic in diagnosing and repairing the various problems. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. It was great to find a repair shop that was clean, organized, friendly, ethical and experienced. I believe the ethical practices Ken instills in his crew reflect the strength of his commitment to provide the best service possible.
